FUNDING
- A $1000.00 scholarship will be awarded to a High School Senior.
CRITERIA
- Minimum of a 3.5 GPA, with copy of transcript.
- The applicant must have the name of the college or university they are attending.
- The applicant must be a previous or current patient of Dr. Iverson.
- Student must write a one page essay Subject Title: “How a Smile Effects your Life”

SELECTION COMMITTEE
- High School Principal or designee
- Two High School Teachers
- One member of Dr. Iverson's Team
