Dr. Thomas A. Iverson has practiced orthodontics in the Yuba Sutter area since 1987. He graduated from the University of California at San Diego in 1980 where he earned a bachelors degree in Biology with a double minor in Psychology and Chemistry.
In 1985, Dr. Iverson graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry, which was located in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Iverson received his certificate in Orthodontics in 1987 along with a Masters in Oral Biology from Northwestern University in Illinois.
Education and Participation are important to Dr. Iverson he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics which is the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Iverson actively participates in the Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists and the local dental PPA. He is also a member of the Super Shulman Orthodontic study club, which is comprised of top orthodontic practitioners in the county. Dr. Iverson is committed to staying in the forefront of orthodontic science by continuously attending numerous continuing education courses.
Dr. Iverson lives in Yuba City with his wife, Wendy, and their daughter. Together they enjoy traveling, skiing, and biking. Dr. Iverson also loves to watch his daughter play tennis.
