Candy Buy Back Event 2011

Iverson Orthodontics held their 2nd annual Halloween candy buy back event. Dr. Iverson gave $1.00 for every pound of candy turned in. He then matched the total amount and donated the money to “Smile for a Lifetime Foundation”. We collected over 30 pounds of candy that was given to the Tri-Counties Blue Star Moms, who supply much needed items to our Soldiers in the service overseas. We thank all of our patients who donated their candy for two great causes.

Iverson Orthodontics will help the community and our patients avoid injury to their teeth and braces by BUYING BACK HALLOWEEN CANDY! Dr. Iverson will be giving CASH for CANDY paying a dollar for each pound of candy surrendered. He will then match the total amount paid out, dollar for dollar. Donating the proceeds to “SMILE FOR A LIFETIME FOUNDATION” The candy will be donated to the Tri-Counties Blue Star Moms who supply much needed items to our soldiers in the service.

Brody Paulo, won our “Win A Limo Ride” referral contest. Brody and a few of his friends will be picked up from school via Limo. They will be going to In & Out Burger and Yo-Yo Yogurt. Watch for Brody’s Party Pictures!

Our “Winter Warm Up” was a success we collected over 100 socks, mittens, scarf's and beanies. We donated these items to Hands of Hope. The winner of this drawing was Rumynn Purewal, she won an IPOD shuffle. Thank you to everyone who helped us warm up the homeless in our community. A special thanks goes out to Ginger Harris, she donated over 30 hand made scarf's.

Attention all Drivers, we have a monthly Driver Drawing. For every person who arrives on time, their name is entered into a drawing to win a Gas Card. Vanida Sepongviwat’s mom won October card. David Nicholas mom won November card. Derek & Benjamin Olsen dad won December card.

November 09- Analyse M. won an IPOD for sharing what she was most thankful for! Thanks to everyone who participated in our Thankful Turkey.

October 09- October is always a big month for Dr. Iverson’s office. After all it is Orthodontic Health Month! We like to get our patients and community involved in the education of Orthodontic Health by encouraging that all patients see an orthodontist by the age of 7. As part of our celebration Brigham Whitaker guessed the correct weight of our Orthodontic Health Month Pumpkin “Hawley”. Good Job!

Summer 09- What a great summer! Thanks to all our patients for participating in our hilarious “Traveling Thom” contest. We had some great Photo’s. Check them out!

Spring 09- Our Spring Contest Winner was Jillian Greathouse. Jillian wrote a beautiful essay about how wonderful her teacher 4th grade teacher is, Mrs. Dunlap at Faith Christian School. This essay won Jillian’s class a Pizza Party! Everyone had a great time.

April 09- 40 day Canned Food Drive. What a Success over two hundred canned items were donated by you! Our lucky Kings Ticket Winner was Rachel Ibach.
